Frequently asked questions
What is an experience gift?
An experience gift gives someone a memorable experience instead of an object. At our studio in Bratislava, it is a €50 gift voucher for an acrylic painting evening, a creative workshop or lessons on our drawing and painting course.
What can the gift voucher be used for?
For anything at the ARTIZO studio: a drawing and painting course, a creative workshop or a painting evening for adults, as well as art classes and workshops for children. The recipient arranges the date directly with us.
How long is the gift voucher valid?
The expiry date is printed on the voucher: 12 months from the date of purchase. Validity cannot be extended.
What if the chosen programme costs less or more than €50?
If the programme costs less, the remaining balance stays on the voucher for next time. If it costs more, you simply pay the difference. Vouchers can also be combined — for example, three vouchers for a 5-lesson pack at €150.
Does the recipient need to know how to paint?
No. Both the Acrylic Painting Evening and our creative workshops are designed for complete beginners — the teacher guides you through every step and all materials are included.
When will I receive the voucher?
We reply to orders within 24 hours. As soon as payment is received, we send you the voucher by e-mail as a PDF.
Can I buy more than one voucher?
Yes — simply state the quantity and value in your order: €50 or €100.
We can also issue a voucher for a custom amount — anywhere from €25 to €500.
