Withdrawal from the contract (Odstúpenie od zmluvy)

1. When you have the right to withdraw

  • You have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving a reason if the contract was concluded at a distance (zmluva uzavretá na diaľku) — by email, on WhatsApp, by phone or through the website. It does not apply to a contract made in person at the studio.
  • It applies to: subscriptions, lesson packs and courses that you pay in advance for several lessons, and gift vouchers.
  • It does not apply to: workshops, the camp, “Zimné dielničky”, birthday parties, and a single lesson or trial lesson on an agreed day. These are leisure services that we provide at a precisely agreed time (§ 19(1)(l) of the Consumer Protection Act No. 108/2024 Coll. — zákon č. 108/2024 Z. z. o ochrane spotrebiteľa). For these, the cancellation rules in our General Terms and Conditions, sections 8 and 9, apply.
  • Studio rental: whether and how you can withdraw will be stated in our confirmation.
  • We start lessons within the 14-day period only if you expressly ask us to (General Terms and Conditions, section 11.2).
  • We will confirm by email that we have received your withdrawal.

2. Information on exercising the consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract

The wording of Annex 3 to Act No. 108/2024 Coll. (príloha č. 3), filled in for contracts for the provision of services.

2.1 Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) at the address: Alina Koroleva, Blatnická 1649/3, 831 02 Bratislava – Nové Mesto, phone +421 951 589 817, email [email protected]. You may use the model withdrawal form that we have handed over or sent to you, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2.2 Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments you made in connection with the conclusion of the contract, including the costs of delivering goods to you. This does not apply to supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer. The payments will be refunded no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for your payment, unless you have expressly agreed to a different means, and without charging any further fees.

If you requested that the provision of the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us the price for the performance actually provided up to the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

4. Withdrawal through the website

The “Withdraw from the contract here” (Odstúpiť od zmluvy tu) function (§ 20a of Act No. 108/2024 Coll.) will be added when online purchasing starts; today contracts are concluded by message or email, not through the website.
