1. Who these terms are for

  • They apply to companies, sole traders and organisations that book a team-building session or another corporate event with us in connection with their business.
  • Consumer protection law does not apply to these bookings. Contracts are governed by the Slovak Commercial Code (Obchodný zákonník).
  • If you book as a private person, our General Terms and Conditions apply.

2. What we offer

  • Team building for 8 to 200 people.
  • The programme, place, date, number of participants and price are set out in our offer.

3. Ordering and making the contract

  • Send us an enquiry — through the form on artizo.sk, by email or by phone.
  • We prepare an offer for you.
  • The contract is made when you accept our offer in writing; an email is enough.
  • Any changes are agreed in writing, email included.
  • If the offer and these terms differ, the offer prevails.

4. Price and payment

  • The price is stated in the offer. We are not VAT payers — we add no VAT to the price, and the price is final.
  • You pay by bank transfer against an invoice. [TO CONFIRM: deposit (yes/no, how much) and invoice due date]
  • For the invoice we need your company name, registered address, Business ID (IČO), Tax ID (DIČ) and VAT ID (IČ DPH), if you have one.
  • If your company is based outside Slovakia, please contact us before ordering: invoicing abroad follows special rules.

5. Number of participants

  • We prepare team building for 8 to 200 people.

6. Cancelling or moving the date

7. Photos and references

  • We photograph participants and publish the photos only with their consent.

8. Personal data

  • We process the data of contact persons and participant lists as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • If you send us a list of participants, please let them know.

9. Final provisions

  • Contracts are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, in particular the Commercial Code.
  • We may change these terms. We will publish each new version on the website with its effective date; a contract is governed by the version that was in effect on the day it was made.
