At the ARTIZO studio in Bratislava, artist Alina Koroleva paints custom works on canvas from your photograph — a portrait, your family, a beloved pet or your home. Every piece is painted by hand, never printed or AI-generated: we agree on the size, medium, price and timeline once you send us your photo.

A painting under the Christmas tree
A painting needs proper time to dry and be varnished. For Christmas delivery, please order by 25 November (or by 31 October for oil paintings).
Prefer to give an experience instead?
A €50 gift voucher for a drawing and painting course or creative workshop — so the recipient can paint their own canvas.
How commissioning a painting works

Step 1: Write to us
Tell us what you would like painted, the approximate size and when you need it by. Just use the form below or message us on WhatsApp.

Step 2: Send your photo
Once we reply, send us your photograph via WhatsApp or e-mail. We will advise you on how well it works for a painting.

Step 3: Proposal and quote
We agree on the composition, canvas size, medium, price and completion date — all before Alina begins painting.

Step 4: Painting
Alina paints the artwork by hand on canvas.
How long it takes: 2–3 weeks in acrylics, 5–6 weeks in oils including drying and varnishing.

Step 5: Handover
Collect your finished painting at our studio on Radlinského 27 and pay the remaining balance by transfer; we can also ship it across Slovakia by courier (€20).
Frequently asked questions
Is it a canvas print or AI-generated?
Neither. Alina paints every canvas entirely by hand with a brush, working from your photograph — it is never a photo printed onto canvas.
How much does a painting from a photo cost?
We confirm the exact price in advance once we see your photograph.
Prices start from €180 for a 30 × 40 cm canvas with one subject; each additional person or pet is +€50.
What kind of photo do you need?
As sharp as possible, with good lighting and the details that matter to you clearly visible. If you have several photos, send them all — we will choose the best one together.
How long does it take?
An acrylic painting takes 2–3 weeks and an oil painting 5–6 weeks — including drying and varnishing. We confirm the exact date when you order.
Can you finish it in time for Christmas?
Yes, provided you order by 25 November (or by 31 October for an oil painting).
How many people can be included in one painting?
Up to 4 people or pets on a single canvas; each additional subject after the first is €50.
How does payment work?
By bank transfer against an invoice.
A 50% deposit is due once we agree on the composition, with the balance payable upon handover. If we ever fail to meet the agreed deadline, we will refund your deposit within 5 working days upon request.
